Reviewed2026-06-24Version3.12.1Pricing
Achiral AI pricing uses fixed seat buckets from Free through God. Plan data is defined in the application pricing configuration.
Pricing is fixed monthly and scales by seat bucket. The application source of truth is configs/pricing.js in achiral.ai; this page summarizes the currently configured public tiers.
Live retail prices and billing terms are on achiral.ai/pricing. This page is the reference for what each tier means, what's always included, and when to upgrade.

What every tier includes
- Dedicated Weaviate tenant with logical isolation.
- OpenAI-compatible REST and WebSocket APIs.
- Chiro (organization assistant) plus personal Executive Assistants.
- Memory, retrieval-augmented generation, and the connector catalog.
- Agentic actions with policy and approval guardrails.

How tiers differ
- Messages and storage scale by plan. Free is capped at 500 monthly messages and 1 GB storage; paid plans increase from Spark upward.
- Members and assistants follow the seat bucket. Each member can have a personal EA, plus one organization-wide Chiro.
- Feature flags in pricing config include knowledge-base access, escalation, analytics, fine-tuning, API access, dedicated support, white-label, SLA, SSO, dedicated infrastructure, and on-premise options.
- Self-serve checkout is configured through Grow. Expand and above are contact-sales plans with reference prices.
- Dedicated infrastructure appears in plan limits from Prime upward; on-premise appears from Elite upward.
When to upgrade
- Your team passes the tier's size range.
- You need higher monthly message or storage limits.
- You need features that are not enabled on your current plan.
- You need contact-sales terms, dedicated infrastructure, or on-premise deployment.
Pod isolation triggers
Dedicated infrastructure is represented in plan limits and provisioning configuration. Confirm the current isolation behavior with Achiral before relying on an automatic upgrade trigger for compliance or procurement.
The pricing config currently marks prime, public, elite, titan, and god with dedicated_infra; elite, titan, and god also include onprem.
FAQ
Is there a free tier? Yes. The current config includes a Free plan for 1-3 members.
Do you charge per token? Public plan pricing is bucketed by plan. Internal model usage may still be metered for quota, routing, or abuse controls.
Can I move down a tier? Plan changes depend on current billing state, seat count, and enabled features.
Can I run on my own hardware? The current plan config marks on-premise features on Elite and above. Contact sales for deployment terms.
Are prices the same globally? The pricing config is USD-denominated. Checkout and contracts may add regional handling.
