Getting Started

What is Chiro?
Chiro is your organization's shared organic memory — an ACT-R-inspired layer that forms from connected conversations, decisions, documents, and workflows, and compounds over time without anyone maintaining it manually.
How quickly can I get started?
Your organization's memory can start building after setup, team invites, and connector configuration. Timing depends on the tools connected and the amount of available context. No machine learning expertise is required for normal use. Get started free
Do I need machine learning expertise?
No. Achiral is designed for teams without AI or machine learning expertise. Paid onboarding and Shepherd support are available by plan.Learn about the Shepherd Program

Privacy & Security

How is my data kept private?
Every organization gets an isolated environment on a dedicated subdomain. Customer data is scoped to that organization and is not used to train shared models.
Is my data used to improve your models?
No. Customer data is not used to train models for other customers or shared models.
What compliance standards do you support?
SOC 2 audit work is in progress. BAAs and DPAs are available for qualifying customers. We provide encrypted storage, access controls, and tenant isolation at the data layer.
What do you mean by “independent cloud”?
We operate on dedicated infrastructure for core workloads rather than building only on a hyperscaler abstraction. This gives us more direct control over compute, networking, storage, and isolation choices.

Pricing & Plans

How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on your team size and memory bucket, not token metering. Teams of 1–3 can start free, and paid plans start with Spark at $999/month for 4–10 seats, scaling predictably to larger team tiers. You pay a flat rate for your whole team. View pricing
What are the tier differences?
Tiers are based on team size. As your team grows, higher tiers may include priority support, increased concurrency, and dedicated onboarding. Plans include organizational memory and assistant access according to the pricing page.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Teams of 1–3 can start on the free tier. Start here for free
Can I upgrade or switch plans later?
Yes. You can adjust your plan as your team changes. Billing changes are handled according to the plan and checkout flow in use.

Technical & Integration

What is a Shepherd?
A Shepherd is assigned on paid plans to provide dedicated memory oversight, retrieval tuning, and adoption guidance — a human oversight layer with no equivalent in any other AI memory category.
What is RAG and do I need it?
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) connects Chiro to internal documents and knowledge bases (the unconscious layer). It is useful when an answer depends on operational specifics.
Can I integrate with existing tools?
Yes. We provide an API and webhooks so your engineering team can connect Achiral AI directly into your existing operational workflows and custom applications.

Support & Reliability

What support is included?
Plans include documentation and support according to tier. Higher tiers may include priority support or dedicated onboarding.
Is there downtime during updates?
Most routine updates are designed to avoid disruption. Planned maintenance or major changes may still affect availability and will be handled through normal status and support channels.
