Summary capsule

Achiral is an organic AI memory platform for teams. Memory emerges from the work your team already does, including conversations, decisions, documents, and connector activity, and is modeled on ACT-R principles. It forms from experience, strengthens with reuse, associates across context, and decays when it stops being relevant.

Chiro is the shared organizational assistant at the center of this system. Each team member also gets a personal executive assistant with private memory, preferences, and delegated tasks. Together they give every team a compounding organic memory layer without anyone having to construct or maintain it.

Memory that compounds

The part a generic assistant can’t do: context doesn’t reset between sessions. It accumulates into shared organizational memory your whole team can retrieve, reuse, and trust.

  • Declarative Memory

Chiro serves as your organization’s declarative memory by indexing official decisions, events, conversations, documents, and operational knowledge from connected tools. When a question is asked, relevant tenant-scoped context can be brought into scope before inference.

  • Living Memory

Memory behaves like a system, not a log. Useful memories strengthen each time they are retrieved and reused, low-signal context can fade or be archived, and people can validate what should persist as core memory.

Assistants that collaborate

Every teammate gets a personal EA and the whole org shares Chiro. They work with each other and with you, so making memories together is the default, not an afterthought.

  • Personal Executive Assistants

Each team member gets a dedicated executive assistant (EA) with its own private memory. Your EA reports to you, remembering your preferences, ongoing work, past conversations, and priorities across sessions. It helps with the daily operational work that fills your calendar, so you can stay focused, move faster, and manage your time more effectively.

  • EA-to-EA Conversations

When enabled, executive assistants can delegate structured sub-tasks to one another, exchange responses, and retain the interaction as prior context. Each EA retrieves from the memory and permissions it has access to, with configurable autonomy and controls.

  • Group Discussion

Include any mix of users and assistants for an in-depth conversation. Add or remove assistants as needed, with the option for them to participate actively or join as silent observers who respond only when @mentioned. This keeps threads readable while preserving full context for Chiro memorization.

  • Static & Dynamic Teams

Start any project or conversation by selecting a mix of teammates and their EAs from the team list. The conversation opens with everyone present from the first message. Add or remove participants at any time without interrupting the flow. Supports all conversation types between humans and assistants, and combinations of both.

  • Persona & Behavior

Configure each EA’s tone, verbosity, initiative level, and decision-making style. Admins can review assistant behavior and adjust configuration over time.

  • Assistant Persona & Retirement

Retiring an executive assistant can mark its state as read-only with audit history. A replacement assistant can be provisioned to the same role and granted access to the relevant shared organizational context.

Context from your stack

Memory forms from the tools where work already happens. Connect once, and Chiro keeps the thread across them.

  • Context Connectors

Connectors for tools including Slack, GitHub, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Notion, Asana, and Linear. Operational activity can be indexed into your organization’s memory layer for retrieval when relevant.

  • MCP Extensions

Register official MCP-compatible servers as context sources for internal systems, proprietary databases, and tooling outside the prebuilt connector catalog. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

  • Model Routing

Use configured model routing for tasks that require a different model or external provider. Routing behavior depends on customer settings, official providers, and the selected deployment model.

Act with oversight

Memory becomes action through tasks, workflows, and operational signal, with a human approval step before anything ships.

  • Collaborative Tasking

Create and delegate tasks from conversations when tasking is enabled. Tasks can preserve provenance such as originating conversation, due date, priority, and notes.

  • Automation Templates

Apply reusable, multi-step workflows that can be triggered by schedules, connector events, or operational insights, with approval before execution where configured.

  • Bird's Eye View (Dashboard)

Provides an operational view across connected systems and can highlight potential execution risks, including missing ownership, stalled work, and approval bottlenecks.

Private by default

All your memories live in one isolated tenant.

Achiral is subdomain-scoped per organization. Memory is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is gated by roles and recorded in audit logs.
