Visual workspace tour

Everything described here is what teammates see after signing in to their organization's workspace at a URL such as https://example-com.achiral.ai.

The workspace has tabbed navigation with the current version showing

1. Chat
2. Team
3. Tasks

on the left and

4. Casey or [the name of your Assistant]

on the right of the tabbed navigation.

Chat

Chat is where you talk with Chiro, your EA, teammates, and group participants. It includes conversation history, the current message thread, the input, and the Dynamic teams strip.

Before a conversation is open, the chat surface greets you and waits for a participant selection. Once a conversation is active, the header shows who is in the conversation and lets you add participants when available.

The input supports replies, file attachments, and assistant mentions when enabled for your organization.

Dynamic teams

Dynamic teams appears below the chat input when no conversation is active. It shows people and assistants in two rows so you can start with the right participants.

Use Dynamic teams for the detailed behavior.

Team

The Team tab opens the Team Directory. Search by name, email, job title, or EA name; use the directory to check assistant status or start a conversation with a teammate.

Tasks tab

The Tasks tab shows the tasks visible to you in the organization. You can create tasks manually, and your EA can create or update tasks when task management is available. See Collaborative tasks.

What isn't here yet

Some assistant activity views are not exposed in the workspace tab list yet. Achiral workspace is the starting point for what is live today.
