Connectors

Connectors let an organization authorize external apps so Achiral can remember important events, records, and context from the tools the team already uses.

Open them from the organization dashboard under Integrations > Connectors.

What connectors do

A connector links one app to one Achiral organization. After authorization, Achiral can receive or read supported data from that app and make the resulting context available to memory-aware product surfaces.

Typical connector data includes messages, documents, issues, tickets, customer records, tasks, calendar events, and operational activity. The exact data depends on the app and the permissions granted during setup.

Browse and search

The Connectors tab includes curated categories for common apps and a searchable catalog for additional sources. Use search when the app is not visible in the current category.

Each connector card shows:

• The app name and logo.
• Current connection status.
• A direct link to the app's website.
• A connect action when setup is available.

Connection status

Connector status tells you whether Achiral is currently able to ingest data from the app:

• Connected means the source is authorized and available for ingestion.
• Pending means authorization or setup is still in progress.
• Error means the connection needs attention, usually because credentials expired or setup failed.
• Not connected means the app has not been authorized for this organization.

If a connector enters an error state, Achiral can still use data that was already ingested, but new data from that source may stop arriving until the connection is fixed.

Permissions

Grant the narrowest app permissions that cover the data your team wants Achiral to remember. Revoke or disconnect sources that should no longer contribute organization memory.
