Email Notification Preferences
Achiral sends transactional emails to keep you informed of key events in your workspace. You control which categories you receive from Account Settings → Notifications.
Notification categories

Force-sent emails
The following emails are always delivered regardless of your preferences because they confirm security-critical or legally required events:
- Ownership transfer — sent to both the outgoing and incoming owner when workspace ownership changes.
- Workspace deactivation — sent to all members when an organization is deactivated.
- Data erasure completion or failure — sent to the person who submitted a GDPR erasure request.
- Data export ready — sent when your requested data export package is available for download.
You cannot opt out of force-sent emails. If you did not initiate the event and believe something is wrong, contact support@achiral.ai.
Updating your preferences
- Open the workspace for your organization (e.g.
yourcompany.achiral.ai). - Navigate to Account Settings (your avatar → Settings).
- Select the Notifications tab.
- Toggle individual categories on or off.
- Changes save automatically.
Preference changes take effect immediately for new events. In-flight emails already in the delivery queue are not affected.
Notes
- Notification preferences are per-user, not per-organization. If you belong to multiple workspaces, the same preferences apply across all of them.
- Billing emails go to the organization owner by default. Admins receive billing notifications only for organization-wide changes (plan upgrades, threshold alerts).
- Approval-required emails for AI actions are sent to owners and admins, not to all members.
