First five minutes

When you first open your workspace at https://{your-slug}.achiral.ai, four things show up: a welcome banner confirming the workspace is ready, a greeting from Chiro (or your Executive Assistant (EA)) addressed to you by name, prompt suggestions calibrated to team work (not generic chatbot starters), and the SideBar on the left where your conversation history will build.

If your EA is still provisioning, a banner reads "Your AI assistant is being prepared. This usually takes 2–3 minutes."

Your first conversation

Click a suggested prompt or type into the ChatBar. Good openers:

  • "Summarize this week's priorities for the team"
  • "Draft a follow-up from today's customer call"
  • "Turn my scattered notes into an action plan"

Chiro responds against your organization's shared context, not generic training data. The more your team interacts, the more it knows.

Shared memory

Every conversation contributes to your organization's shared memory. Chiro retains decision patterns (how your team makes choices), business language (the terms, acronyms, and shorthand you use), and workflow context (recurring processes, handoffs, coordination habits). This is an organization-scoped knowledge graph built from real interactions — not an open-internet chatbot.

Invite your team

A workspace becomes more valuable with more teammates. From organization settings (gear icon), invite team members by email. Each teammate gets their own personal EA. Teammates can chat with each other, with their own EA, or with the organization-wide Chiro.
