EA Activity

Achiral AI is a privacy-first collaborative AI platform for businesses, built on enterprise-grade, self-hosted, compliance-ready infrastructure. EA Activity is the workspace card that shows, in one scrollable list, what every personal EA in your organization has been doing recently. It's the closest thing to a "pulse" of your team's AI-assisted work.

Where to find it

EA Activity is in the Activity tab of your workspace. Click the Activity tab to open it. It loads with the 20 most recent activities.

What it does

  • Surfaces recent actions from every EA in your organization, not just yours — useful for staying aware of what teammates' assistants are doing on their behalf.
  • Labels each activity with its type (Message, Task Created, Task Done, Delegation, Research, Document, Calendar, Email, Notification, Data Sync, Training, Context) and colour-codes common types.
  • Shows the EA's name and the teammate it's working for, so a typical row reads "Casey for Dr. Lana · drafted a reply to Priya's email · 1 hour ago."
  • Lets you filter by activity type so you can see, for example, only the Research actions across the team.

The activity types

Every row carries a type badge. The types that appear most often:

  • Message — the EA sent or received a message in a conversation.
  • Task Created / Task Done — the EA created or completed a task in a connected tool (Linear, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Delegation — the EA executed a delegation you or another teammate accepted.
  • Research — the EA completed a research task and produced findings.
  • Document — the EA processed a document: summarised, extracted, or indexed it.
  • Calendar — the EA created or moved a calendar event.
  • Email — the EA sent an email on behalf of its user.
  • Notification — the EA sent a notification (Slack message, mobile push, etc.).
  • Data Sync — the EA ingested new data from a connector.
  • Training / Training Done — a fine-tuning job started or completed for that EA.
  • Context — the EA retrieved context from memory for a query.

How to use it

Read the feed

  1. Open the Activity tab in your workspace.
  2. Scan the stack. The top row is the most recent. Each row shows assistant name, the user it works for, a short description of what it did, the type badge, and a time-ago label ("Just now," "2 hours ago," "1 day ago").

Pair with Today's Brief

Today's Brief (Tasks tab) is about you. EA Activity is about the team. Check the brief first to handle your own priorities, then skim EA Activity to stay aware of what teammates' EAs have been doing. If you see something worth acting on, use Assemble Team to pull the relevant teammate into a conversation.

What to expect

  • Scope is organization-wide. You see activity from every EA in your org, not just your own. That includes activities triggered by teammates.
  • Privacy is preserved. Activity rows describe what happened ("drafted a reply", "completed research") but don't expose the private content of the message, document, or finding. You can't read another teammate's private email drafts from the feed.
  • Empty states are common on day one. If EA Activity is empty, your team hasn't accumulated enough activity yet. Check back after a day of real use.
  • Retention follows your audit-log policy. EA Activity is a view into the audit log. How far back you can scroll depends on your tier's retention policy. See Security & compliance.

Common questions

Can I see a teammate's private EA conversation from this feed?

No. The feed shows what an EA did, not the content of the private conversation. To join an EA into a shared conversation, use Assemble Team — the teammate and the EA both have to be in the room.

Why don't I see my own EA's activity?

You should. Rows from your own EA are included in the feed. If your EA's rows are missing, your EA may not have acted yet or activity indexing is still catching up — wait a few minutes and refresh.

Can I subscribe to specific activity types?

Not yet. Email or Slack notifications for EA Activity are on the roadmap. For now, the feed is pull-based.

Is this the same as audit logs?

EA Activity is the user-friendly view into a subset of the audit log. Admins and compliance officers can access the richer audit log via the API. See Security & compliance.

What happens to old activities?

Activities fall off the feed as new ones arrive (it shows the most recent 20 by default). The underlying records are retained per your tier's policy and are searchable from the audit-log API.
