Asana
Achiral AI is a privacy-first collaborative AI platform for businesses, built on enterprise-grade, self-hosted, compliance-ready infrastructure. The Asana connector brings Asana activity into Chiro's organizational knowledge.
Connection details
- Ingestion method: Webhook
- Auth: OAuth 2.0 — access token (1 hour) + refresh token
- Events ingested: task added, task changed, story added
What Chiro sees
Task creation and updates, and task story events (comments, status changes) from your primary Asana workspace.
How to connect
- Sign in to your organization dashboard.
- Open the Integrations tab.
- Find Asana in the connector catalog and click Connect.
- Complete the OAuth flow — you will be redirected to Asana to authorize access.
- On success the status changes to Active.
If the connector enters an Error state, click Reconnect to re-run the OAuth flow with a fresh token.
Technical notes
Achiral registers a workspace-level webhook during authorization. Asana uses a two-step handshake: the first delivery carries X-Hook-Secret which Achiral echoes back; subsequent deliveries use X-Hook-Signature (HMAC-SHA256). Access tokens expire in 1 hour and are refreshed automatically.
Limits
Only the first Asana workspace is connected per organization in v1. Portfolios and goals are not ingested.
