Jira
Achiral AI is a privacy-first collaborative AI platform for businesses, built on enterprise-grade, self-hosted, compliance-ready infrastructure. The Jira connector brings Jira activity into Chiro's organizational knowledge.
Connection details
- Ingestion method: Webhook (Atlassian Connect)
- Auth: Atlassian OAuth 2.0 (3LO) — access token (1 hour) + refresh token
- Events ingested: jira:issue_created, jira:issue_updated, comment_created, comment_updated, project_created, project_updated
What Chiro sees
Issues created and updated, comments added and modified, and project creation and updates on your first accessible Jira Cloud site.
How to connect
- Sign in to your organization dashboard.
- Open the Integrations tab.
- Find Jira in the connector catalog and click Connect.
- Complete the OAuth flow — you will be redirected to Jira to authorize access.
- On success the status changes to Active.
If the connector enters an Error state, click Reconnect to re-run the OAuth flow with a fresh token.
Technical notes
Achiral uses Atlassian's 3-Legged OAuth (3LO) flow and registers a webhook on your first accessible Jira Cloud site. Access tokens expire in 1 hour and are refreshed automatically.
Limits
Only the first accessible Jira Cloud site per organization is connected in v1. Jira Server (on-premise) is not supported.
