What Chiro sees
New and updated conversations, contact creation and updates, and company creation and updates in your Intercom workspace.
How to connect
- Sign in to your organization dashboard.
- Open the Integrations tab.
- Find Intercom in the connector catalog and click Connect.
- Complete the OAuth flow — you will be redirected to Intercom to authorize access.
- On success the status changes to Active.
If the connector enters an Error state, click Reconnect to re-run the OAuth flow with a fresh token.
Technical notes
Intercom webhooks must be configured manually in your Intercom Developer Hub (Achiral cannot register them automatically in v1). Payloads are verified with X-Hub-Signature (HMAC-SHA1). Intercom tokens do not expire.
Limits
Email conversation content is not extracted — only metadata. Webhook setup requires a manual step in the Intercom Developer Hub.
